Download & Printing Help

A little guidance on downloading, printing and enjoying your Reliquary & Curios designs.

Buying your downloads

  • Our current collection is available to purchase through our Reliquary & Curios Etsy shop. Please read the individual listing before ordering: it explains the files, sizes and formats included, and whether the item is a digital download.

  • For digital products, no physical item will be posted to you.

Accessing your files

  • For purchases made through Etsy, follow the download instructions provided with your order.

  • If you have difficulty finding or opening your files, please contact us through your Etsy order so we can identify your purchase and help.

  • If you previously purchased a download directly from this website, please use our Contact page and include the email address used for your order. Please don’t send payment-card details.

Printing your artwork

You can print your purchased designs at home or use a professional printing service.

For the best results:

  • Use good-quality paper suitable for your printer. Matte heavyweight paper often works beautifully for illustrated prints.

  • Check the size and printing guidance included with your download.

  • Select “Actual size” or 100% when you need the design to print at its intended dimensions.

  • Check the print preview before printing, particularly if your printer adds borders.

  • Try a draft print before using your best paper.

Colours may vary between screens, printers and papers. The finished result will depend on your equipment, settings and materials.

Personal use

  • Unless an individual listing expressly provides a different licence, your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use.

  • You may print the design for your own personal use, including asking a professional printer to produce copies for you. You may resize it to suit your personal printing needs.

  • You must not share, upload, redistribute or resell the digital files; sell prints or other products made from them; extract elements for other designs; or use the artwork commercially without written permission.

  • Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright. Copyright remains with the creator.

  • For commercial licensing enquiries, please use our Contact page.

Problems with your purchase

  • If a file purchased from Etsy is damaged, missing, incorrect or does not match its description, please get in touch on Etsy so we can help.

  • For Etsy purchases, contact us through your order. For earlier purchases made directly through this website, use our Contact page.

  • Digital downloads cannot be physically returned. Any cancellation rights depend on the circumstances of the purchase, including whether you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing your cancellation right.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty or not as described.
